Every year McDonald’s donates millions of pounds of food to members of the community who need it most. They also created the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) which helps families stay together using world-class facilities for children who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. McDonald’s employees, suppliers and franchisees are also volunteers through the Global Volunteer Program, who are dedicated to supporting vulnerable people in the community.
