Your Care May Be All a Child Needs to Thrive

Become a foster carer with Freedom Fostering and get the support you need to give a child the life they deserve

A Fostering Agency that Doesn't Feel Like an Agency

We may not be related by blood, but by choosing to foster with Freedom Fostering, you are joining our fostering family. You have a chance to create positive experiences for a child that will last a lifetime. And impact their future.

It doesn’t matter if the child stays with you for a day or years. He or she is now family. At our core, “family” is where we put all the emphasis – strengthening the bond between the child and the carer.

Who We Are

Based in Wolverhampton city centre, Freedom Fostering is one of the leading independent fostering agencies in the West Midlands, serving much of central England.

We started in 2002 and have since expanded to cover neighbouring counties such as Shropshire, Staffordshire and the East Midlands.

We are an outstanding service.

A Devoted Support Team

Raising a child can be challenging at times. This is why we promise you 24/7 support and a dedicated social worker. You don’t have to worry about important questions or requests not getting addressed in time. We’re always here to serve you.

Foster Carer Training

We want you to succeed as a foster carer. So we will offer the most up-to-date specialist training.

Generous Monthly Allowances

Your enthusiasm and love for fostering are the most important things you need to make a great foster carer. But we can’t downplay the increased financial demands. This is why we offer generous allowances to help you meet the financial needs of raising a child.

Fostering is an opportunity to give something back to the community by providing a safe and nurturing home for children who can’t live with their parents at a point in time.

Testimonials

We've been fostering with Freedom Fostering for over 10 years and we've definitely seen the growth and diversity within the company. The one ingredient that has always remained is that whenever we've visited the office or dealt with the team, we've always been greeted by a warm family atmosphere.

I've always found Freedom Fostering to be very helpful. I know it sounds cliché but it really is like one big family. All the social workers and staff are extremely helpful and whenever I visit the office I'm always greeted with a smile and these are the little things that really stand out to me

As a carer I really love the training aspect of Freedom Fostering. What makes training with Freedom Fostering really interesting is the fact that you share experiences with other carers and you get ideas for alternative methods of dealing with a particular problem
