Who We Are
Based in Wolverhampton city centre, Freedom Fostering is one of the leading independent fostering agencies in the West Midlands, serving much of central England.
We started in 2002 and have since expanded to cover neighbouring counties such as Shropshire, Staffordshire and the East Midlands.

A Devoted Support Team
Raising a child can be challenging at times. This is why we promise you 24/7 support and a dedicated social worker. You don’t have to worry about important questions or requests not getting addressed in time. We’re always here to serve you.
Foster Carer Training
We want you to succeed as a foster carer. So we will offer the most up-to-date specialist training.
Monthly Allowances
Your enthusiasm and love for fostering are the most important things you need to make a great foster carer. But we can’t downplay the increased financial demands. This is why we offer allowances to help you meet the financial needs of raising a child.
Fostering is an opportunity to give something back to the community by providing a safe and nurturing home for children who can’t live with their parents at a point in time.
Over
There are currently over 80,080 children in care, a number which has steadily increased over the past seven years. Over 72% of looked after children are placed within a family environment, and as a result, the demand for high quality foster carers has never been so great.

On-site Contact Centre
Our Family Contact Centre is based in Wolverhampton city centre, in the heart of the West Midlands. It has excellent transport links to Birmingham, Sandwell and Dudley, Walsall. Telford & Wrekin with nearby train, tram and bus stations. We also benefit from on-site free secure parking at the rear of the building.
Our team of social workers and contact supervisors are highly experience with a wide range of services including family contact services, life story work, social work assessments, therapeutic interventions and a wide range of programmes including behaviour management, domestic violence and the Freedom Programme.
