The Kids Festival

The Kids’ Festival is a brand new event for children aged 1 – 8 years and promises to be an exciting event packed full of fun and interactive activities. There will be lots of opportunities for your kids to enjoy themselves from Bouncy Castles to fairground rides, messy play, Melody the Magical Mermaid, face painting and much more.

The activities available are as follows:

  • Balloon making
  • Baby sensory spaces
  • Fairground rides
  • Craft areas

If you visit the Vendor Village you will find balloons, toys, books, glowsticks and more. There will be refreshments available and parents/carers will be able to join in on parent and child yoga, and receive a goody bag with discount offers!

Uttoxeter Queens Jubilee Celebrations

The day will be full of celebration with fun activities, laughter, music and games for all the family. Bringing friends, families and the community together in celebration of our Queen’s Coronation 70 years ago.

Dance and Groove in the Dark

Crewe Lifestyle Centre is hosting a dance and movement activity session for the family to enjoy together. Come along and move to the music, throw some shapes and burn off some energy or just sit, chill and sing along to the music.

Sinai Woodland Festival

Sinai Woodland Festival will be a day for all the family to enjoy at the forest school. There will be bush craft, forest school and wellbeing workshops throughout the day, lots of games, activities and music around the site, including the super muddy mud kitchen! There will be food outlets, market stalls featuring local traders, roaming poets and tours of the historic grounds of Sinai Park House.

There will also be an exciting array of activities for all ages to enjoy, such as outdoor yoga, tai chi, mindfulness, weaving and other crafts, fire lighting, den building, wildlife walk, natural string making, campfire snacks and so much more to be announced!

Romeo and Juliet Performance

Staffordshire County Showground

Staffordshire County Show is a two day agricultural show with competitions for livestock & horses, over 400 trade stands, country pursuits area, local produce, crafts, activities, displays and performances. With a packed programme over both days, it promises to be a great day out for the whole family.

The Great British Food Festival

Returning once again to Trentham and showcasing the very best of Great British produce. This event features celebrity chef demos, an artisan market, street food stalls, bars, kids activities, crafts and gifts, baking competitions and live music plus lots more to enjoy.

Race for Life

“Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life, in partnership with Tesco, is an inspiring series of 5k, 10k, Pretty Muddy and Pretty Muddy Kids events which raise millions of pounds every year to help beat cancer by funding crucial research.”

“The Race for Life is a powerful, inspirational movement which unites participants. Taking part in our Race for Life events enables like-minded people to get together and remember loved ones lost to cancer or celebrate the lives of those who have survived.  At the same time, they are helping to make a difference to people with cancer, right now.”

‘Brave’ Screening

The Lichfield Garrick Cinema is showcasing the Disney film ‘Brave’, which is all about Merida, the impulsive but courageous daughter of Scottish King Fergus and Queen Elinor, is a skilled archer who wants to carve out her own path in life. Her defiance of an age-old tradition angers the Highland lords and leads to chaos in the kingdom. Merida seeks help from an eccentric witch, who grants her an ill-fated wish.
